The Coordinator of the Department of English at the College of Education, Assistant Lecturer Rasha Ihsan, organized an awareness workshop entitled “Child Abuse”, as part of the scientific and educational activities aimed at enhancing community awareness. The workshop addressed key issues related to the concept of child abuse and its various forms, including physical and psychological abuse. It also highlighted the underlying causes of this phenomenon and the negative effects it has on the psychological and social well-being of children and society in general. The workshop, delivered by Asst. Lect. Rasha Ihsan, aimed to raise awareness of the importance of protecting children’s rights and activating the role of families and educational institutions in limiting violations.
