Peace be upon you all Based on the outcomes of the University Council meeting and the College Council, we would like to emphasize the following: • (Exams of the first stage) Notification of the date of the tide/K1 exams for first stage students on Saturday, 1/24 • (Intensive schedules for first stage students) Raising double weekly schedules for the first stage students as of next week, including face-to-face and electronic as well (coordination with A. Mustafa to book the additional halls and considering that there are no final exams next week) • (quorum tables) Resending the teachers' quorum schedules after adding the number of students in each assignment • (Website) Submitting a report to the Deanship showing the number of lectures submitted to the website for each teaching and for all stages, in addition to the number of activities, news, articles, etc. (coordination with Dr. Ahmed Al-Mahna West Waqar) • (Student defenses) Bring the sitting lists of students whose names have been identified for students who have not paid their tuition installments to the technology building portal starting tomorrow Sunday • (Scientific Journal) Determining the specializations of scientific journals that can be developed in the Faculty of Science (Dr. Mahdi Ebadi and Dr. Dargham) • (SIS) Submit a report from the departments on the achievements achieved and according to the ministerial letter as well as the obstacles • (A ceremony to know the students of the first stage) Completing preparations and informing students and teaching staff of the date of the student acquaintance ceremony (Monday 1/12 in the Central Activities Hall / from 9 am to 11 am) With appreciation for everyone's efforts
