Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the Technical Engineering College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abd, and the Head of the Fuel and Energy Technologies Engineering Department, Dr. Ammar Abdul-Kadhim Fathi, the department organized a scientific visit to the Baghdad International Fair with the participation of its students, supervised by lecturer Ali Yassin Kazem. The visit aimed to familiarize students with sustainable energy systems and the latest technologies in the oil and gas sectors, enhancing their practical knowledge and bridging the gap between theoretical studies and real-world applications. The activity also contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly: Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure Goal 12: Responsible Consumption and Production Goal 13: Climate Action This visit reflects the department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen students’ practical skills and develop their capabilities in modern energy technologies, aligning with global advancements in oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.
