The Coordinator of the Department of Biology, Assistant Lecturer Jaafar Hamed Jaafar, organized a workshop for first-year students of the Department of Medical Physics, aimed at enhancing academic communication and collaboration among the various academic departments within the college. The workshop aimed to: Introduce students to the fundamentals of correctly filling out the Bubble Sheet, including how to properly shade the student ID field in the designated areas. Explain how to answer the questions and clarify the designated answer areas. Raise students’ awareness of common mistakes when filling out the Bubble Sheet and how to avoid them. Distribute sample Bubble Sheets to students for familiarization and practice before the actual exam. The workshop also contributed to strengthening academic collaboration among the various departments in the college by sharing experiences and teaching methods to enhance the educational process.
