The College of Law at Al-Mustaqbal University has announced the start of receiving applications for the Master’s Program in the specializations of Public International Law and Administrative Law, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University (Egypt). Key program details: Degree: Awarded by Mansoura University (internationally ranked) and accredited by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Application period: From 4 to 18 January 2026. Application method: In-person submission at the Registration Center of Al-Mustaqbal University – Babylon (paper-based applications only). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law, equivalency document, and personal documents (passport, birth certificate, and 8 photographs).
