Al-Mustaqbal University – College of Fine Arts announces the organization of the Architecture and Arts Hackathon as part of its academic plans aimed at enhancing creativity and innovation, and linking theoretical knowledge with practical application in the fields of architecture and the arts. The hackathon aims to develop students’ skills in design thinking and teamwork, and to empower them to transform their creative ideas into integrated design models supported by three-dimensional modeling and presentation, in line with modern developments in artistic and architectural fields.
In this context, Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi Kazar Al-Ta’i, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, affirmed that organizing this hackathon represents a qualitative step in supporting students’ creative energies. He noted that this event will provide a scientific and interactive environment that brings together artistic aesthetics, scientific methodology, and modern technologies, contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of responding to future requirements.
The hackathon is scheduled to witness wide participation from students of the College of Fine Arts and related disciplines, working within multidisciplinary teams. The participating projects will be evaluated according to scientific criteria that include creativity, engineering accuracy, and the quality of visual presentation.
