The Department of Anesthesia Techniques held a specialized scientific workshop entitled “Pediatric Anesthesia and How to Deal with Children Inside the Operating Room”, presented by Mr. Ali Rasool, on Monday, January 12, 2026. The workshop addressed the scientific and practical aspects of pediatric anesthesia, with a focus on modern methods of dealing with children inside the operating room, as well as their psychological and physical preparation before and during anesthesia, contributing to enhanced patient safety and improved quality of anesthetic care. The workshop was held in the presence of the Head of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khudair Abis, along with a number of faculty members and students. The event witnessed active scientific interaction and valuable discussions on the main challenges and practical solutions in the field of pediatric anesthesia. At the conclusion of the workshop, attendees emphasized the importance of holding such scientific workshops in developing scientific and practical skills and enhancing the academic and professional level of the staff of the Department of Anesthesia Techniques.
