The College of Science held an awareness seminar entitled “Student Discipline Regulations”, as part of its efforts to promote academic and behavioral awareness among students and to reinforce compliance with university rules and regulations. The seminar included a comprehensive explanation of the student discipline regulations adopted in Iraqi universities, highlighting students’ rights and duties, and emphasizing the importance of adhering to proper academic conduct to ensure a safe and well-organized educational environment. The role of students in maintaining public order, respecting academic and administrative staff, and preserving university property was also stressed. The seminar witnessed active interaction from students through questions and discussions, which were addressed to clarify the legal and organizational aspects of university life. At the conclusion of the seminar, the College Dean affirmed the continuation of such awareness activities due to their positive impact on supporting the educational process and building well-rounded university students.
