Model Skills for Answering Using the Bubble Sheet
As part of the Biomedical Engineering Department at Future University's efforts to develop the academic skills of its new students and ensure accurate exam performance, a training workshop was organized for first-year students on the mechanisms of model answers using the electronic grading system (Bubble Sheet).
The workshop was held under the supervision of:
Dr. Amir Najah Saud
who provided a comprehensive and detailed explanation to the students on how to use the electronic answer sheet to ensure their academic efforts were not wasted.
Workshop Topics and Objectives
The workshop addressed several practical points aimed at helping students overcome common mistakes, the most important of which are:
• Disciplinary Instructions: Explaining how to write the student ID number and name clearly and accurately fill in the corresponding circles.
• Correct Shading Techniques: Emphasizing the necessity of using only a ballpoint pen (blue or black) and avoiding the use of correction fluid.
• Avoiding Mistakes: Reminding students that selecting more than one answer for a single question will result in the question being marked invalid. • Paper Preservation: Ensure the answer sheet is clean and not folded or written on randomly to guarantee it can be read correctly by the electronic grading system.
Importance of the Workshop: This workshop is an important proactive step for first-year students to alleviate their anxiety about final exams and familiarize them with the modern testing systems used at the college.
