Under the patronage of the President of Mustaqbal University, and with the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, the esteemed Assist. Prof. Dr. Azhar Mohsin Abdul, the College organized a scientific visit for its students to the 11th Iraq International Energy Exhibition and Conference, held at the Baghdad International Fairground, with the participation of several faculty members. The visit aimed to enhance the students' practical experience and provide them with the opportunity to explore the latest technologies and modern applications in the fields of electricity, oil, gas, and renewable energy. This initiative serves to bridge theoretical concepts with practical reality and keep pace with the evolving demands of the job market. This visit is part of the College's strategic plan to support educational quality and build the scientific and professional capacities of students, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goals 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and 13 (Climate Action). The College Deanery reaffirmed its commitment to organizing purposeful scientific visits that contribute to refining students' skills and enhancing the university's leading role in community service and sustainable development.
