In pursuit of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal Four (Quality Education), the Artificial Kidney Techniques Department at the College of Health and Medical Techniques, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a training workshop entitled “Blood Withdrawal Techniques” on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The workshop was supervised by Asst. Lecturer Zainab Ali Mohsen Al-Khafaji, Head of the Department. The workshop included theoretical instruction on proper blood withdrawal procedures from patients, in addition to a practical application conducted by first-year students. The primary objective of the workshop was to develop and enhance students’ practical skills by teaching them the correct methods and techniques of blood withdrawal. This objective falls within the framework of strengthening educational outcomes and graduating competent students through skills development, enabling them to provide high-quality medical services to patients with renal failure.
