In order to promote student participation and cultivate a spirit of responsibility and teamwork, a representative was selected for first-year students in the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences. The selection process was attended by the Dean's Assistant for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, the Head of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, and several faculty members. This step aims to empower students to voice their opinions and suggestions, and to enhance effective communication between them and the department leadership, thereby contributing to a supportive learning environment and the achievement of desired academic and educational goals. The department leadership emphasized that the selection of a student representative is a democratic practice that contributes to building the character of university students and developing their leadership, dialogue, and responsibility skills.
