Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Mustaqbal, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and with the support and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College of Science, the College of Science organized an Information Bank Competition for first-year students, aiming to develop students’ intellectual and cognitive abilities and to promote positive scientific competition. The competition included a variety of scientific and cultural questions that enhanced critical thinking, analysis, and reasoning skills. The event witnessed wide participation and active engagement from first-year students, reflecting their enthusiasm for learning and self-development. This competition is part of the university’s efforts to support the educational process and aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: SDG 4: Quality Education, by promoting effective learning and knowledge development. SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, through fostering students’ thinking and innovation skills. SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, by providing equal participation opportunities for all students.
