The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized an introductory seminar entitled “Your Quick Guide to Using the Bubble Sheet in Examinations”, under the supervision of Lecturer M.M. Montathir Saleh Mahdi, with the participation of a large number of students. The seminar aimed to provide a practical and detailed explanation of the Bubble Sheet system, which is used in designing and grading examinations through an advanced electronic method that relies on software to read answers. This system contributes to faster and more accurate grading, reduces human errors in students’ results, and introduces its importance in developing academic assessment mechanisms in accordance with international standards. The seminar addressed several topics, including: The concept of Bubble Sheet technology and how to design examination papers using it. The correct steps for students to fill out the Bubble Sheet to obtain accurate results.
