The workshop dealt with the concept of balance between family life and working life for women in the Arab world, highlighting the most prominent challenges faced by women in combining family responsibilities and work requirements. The workshop also discussed the multiple roles played by women in society, and the impact of social and professional pressures on their mental and physical health. The workshop touched on the importance of planning and organizing time, building a supportive environment within the family and the workplace, as well as reviewing successful models of women who were able to achieve a balance between the family and professional aspects. The workshop aimed to raise awareness of the importance of achieving a balance between family and professional life for women, and to enhance their self-confidence and their ability to manage their various roles efficiently. It also sought to encourage participants to support and empower women in the work environment, and contribute to building a balanced society that values the family and professional role of women.
