In line with the adoption of a system of scientific expertise for the scientific evaluation of theses and dissertations for postgraduate students in Iraq, and according to the plans of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research aimed at strengthening scientific research and improving its quality, the Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department at the College of Engineering, Al-Mustaqbal University, was selected as a scientific evaluator. Professor Dr. Ibrahim Abdullah Mardas was chosen as a scientific evaluator for a master's thesis at an Iraqi university, due to his scientific experience and academic specialization, which contribute to enhancing the standards of rigorous scientific evaluation.
