Under the auspices of the Biomedical Engineering Department, a scientific seminar was held on the biological structures of the human body, genetic engineering, and their relationship to biomedical engineering. The seminar was presented by Assistant Lecturer Zainab Sattar, Engineer Mohammed Abdul Karim, and Engineer Zahraa Mohammed Kadhim, and addressed scientific topics that contribute to enhancing students' understanding of anatomical and biological aspects and their role in the design and development of biomedical technologies. This seminar supports the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by supporting the health sector and improving the quality of medical care; Goal 4 (Quality Education), by promoting scientific and applied knowledge; and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), by encouraging innovation in the field of biomedical engineering.
