**In line with achieving the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (Quality Education), and within the framework of the department’s commitment to supporting new students and familiarizing them with the approved examination systems, the Department of Optometry Technologies organized an educational workshop for first-year students, dedicated to explaining how to take monthly examinations using the bubble sheet system.** The workshop included a detailed explanation of the correct method for filling in the answer sheet, clarification of the most important instructions to be followed during the examination, as well as highlighting common mistakes that may affect the calculation of grades, thereby enhancing students’ awareness and ensuring fairness in assessment. The workshop aims to prepare students psychologically and academically to take examinations with confidence, improve their performance, and facilitate a smooth transition into the university environment, in line with the approved standards of quality and academic rigor.
