Dean of the College of Agricultural Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University Chairs the Comprehensive Examination Committee for a PhD Candidate at Al-Qasim Green University Within the framework of joint scientific cooperation between Al-Mustaqbal University and Al-Qasim Green University, and based on the memoranda of understanding signed between the two institutions, Professor Dr. Mahdi Abd Al-Kadhim Abd, Dean of the College of Agricultural Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired the comprehensive examination committee for the PhD candidate Janan Hussein Abd Al-Hassan in the Department of Soil Sciences and Water Resources at Al-Qasim Green University. This cooperation comes as part of efforts to strengthen academic partnerships and exchange scientific expertise among Iraqi universities, contributing to the support of postgraduate programs and the advancement of academic and research standards, as well as reinforcing cooperation in agricultural and environmental fields. Al-Mustaqbal University ranks first among private universities in Iraq.
