The Dean of the College of Education delivered a speech during the orientation event for first-year students of the English Department, highlighting the importance of fostering communication and a sense of belonging between new students and the academic staff. During the event, the Head of the English Department, under the supervision of the Dean, honored the students who made significant contributions to the success of the event and presented them with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their outstanding efforts. Gratitude was also extended to the Protocol Committee, represented by the students who played a prominent role in organizing the event, in acknowledgment of their valuable contribution to its success. This recognition reflects the College’s commitment to encouraging active student participation and fostering a spirit of collaboration and belonging between English Department students and the academic staff.
