Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, and the Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Sciences, Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Muhanna, an awareness campaign entitled “Renewable Energy… A Safer Future” was implemented on Saturday, January 24, 2026. The campaign included the preparation of an informational brochure highlighting the importance of renewable energy and its role in protecting the environment, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources, and supporting sustainable development. It also aimed to raise students’ awareness of the importance of shifting toward clean and safe energy sources that serve present and future generations. The brochure aimed to promote scientific and technological awareness related to renewable energy, encourage students to adopt sustainability concepts, and emphasize the role of universities in supporting innovation and environmentally friendly solutions. This brochure was prepared by Assistant Lecturer Samar Hussein and Assistant Lecturer Aya Mohammed Hussein, reflecting Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment and its academic staff’s dedication to spreading digital culture and enhancing technological awareness among students. Al-Mustaqbal University ranked first among private Iraqi universities.
