Academic Participation of Al-Mustaqbal University in an International Conference in the Sultanate of Oman

Al-Mustaqbal University participated in the proceedings of the 11th International Peer-Reviewed Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences, which was held in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, from January 21–22, 2026. The university was represented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Abdul Mousa Al-Saabri and Lecturer Anmar Nouri Dawood Khanjar, faculty members of the College of Administrative Sciences / Department of Accounting. The participation included the presentation of a scientific research paper entitled: “The Impact of Accounting Income and Economic Income on Explaining Financial Performance Measures: An Applied Study at the Mills of Al-Ittihad Company for Flour Production (Al-Mahdatiya – Babil Governorate)”, which was discussed in person by the researchers during the conference sessions. At the conclusion of the conference, certificates of participation were awarded to the participating researchers, in the presence of a large number of academics and researchers from Iraqi public and private universities, as well as participants from Arab and international universities. This participation represents a qualitative addition to the scientific and academic record of Al-Mustaqbal University and reflects its active presence in international academic forums. It also highlights the distinguished efforts of its academic staff in representing the university in a commendable manner at both regional and international levels
