he Prosthetics and Orthotics Department organized an awareness event entitled “Principles of a Successful Presentation” under the supervision of Engineer Aya Talib Hassan, as part of developing students’ academic and communication skills. The event aimed to introduce students to the fundamental principles of preparing and delivering effective and impactful presentations. The event covered several key topics, including organizing ideas logically, selecting appropriate slide designs, using visual elements to support content, as well as skills in public speaking, body language, and audience engagement. Common presentation mistakes and strategies to avoid them were also highlighted. The event witnessed significant student interaction through discussions and questions, contributing to boosting their confidence and enhancing their ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally, positively reflecting on their academic performance and practical skills for the future.
