The Department of Intelligent Medical Systems organized an introductory workshop for first-year students on the exam answering mechanism using the Bubble Sheet system, as part of its efforts to support new students and familiarize them with approved assessment methods. The workshop was held via Google Meet and was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Maitham Nabil Ajjam, who provided a comprehensive explanation of how to correctly fill out the bubble sheet, highlighted essential instructions to follow during exams, and clarified common mistakes that should be avoided to ensure accurate grading. The workshop witnessed positive interaction from students through questions and discussions, contributing to enhancing their understanding of the examination system and increasing their preparedness to take exams with confidence and clarity. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to supporting students academically and guiding them throughout their university journey. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
