Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi (respected), and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Ammar Abbas Al-Husseini (respected), and within the activities of the College of Law in the field of human rights, the College of Law organized a panel discussion entitled “The Right to Dignity as One of the Fundamental Human Rights”, held on Sunday, 24/1/2026, at the College Hall – Humanities Building. The lecture was delivered by M.M. Mohammed Kazem Al-Awadi, a faculty member at the College of Law, who addressed the importance of human dignity as the foundation of the human rights system, highlighting the role of universities in raising human rights awareness, consolidating the values of justice and equality, and promoting social peace.
