In line with the strategic transition toward digital transformation and the enhancement of academic administration, the Department of English Language and Literature at the College of Arts and Human Sciences organized a specialized educational workshop on the "Faculty Workload Management System." The workshop was developed and presented by Asst. Prof. Mohammed Younis Jassim, the Department Coordinator, who demonstrated the modern technical mechanisms adopted for calculating and distributing faculty workloads, ensuring transparency and accuracy in accordance with ministerial regulations.The workshop was held under the patronage and presence of the Dean of the College of Arts, Dr. Hussein Waheed, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Maitham Abdul-Khader Jabar. The event also saw the active participation of the Head of the English Department, Prof. Dr. Assim Abbood Zubar, along with a large number of the college's professors and faculty members. The session included extensive discussions on leveraging this digital system to improve institutional performance, contributing to a sophisticated academic environment that supports Al-Mustaqbal University’s journey toward excellence. The participants concluded that adopting such smart systems is a vital step toward strengthening e-governance and elevating educational quality.
