Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Science, Asst. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, with direct supervision by the Head of the Forensic Evidence Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sami Abdul Hussein Habbana, the Forensic Evidence Department at the College of Science organized a Forensic Evidence Exhibition as part of its scientific activities aimed at enhancing students’ applied and academic skills. The exhibition included a collection of photographs and illustrative materials representing various types and forms of forensic evidence, highlighting the scientific and practical aspects of the specialization and its vital role in supporting the justice system through modern scientific methods of crime detection. The exhibition was attended by the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, who toured the exhibition and listened to detailed explanations provided by faculty members and students regarding the displayed materials and their educational and practical applications. He expressed his appreciation for the high level of organization and scientific content, commending the efforts of the college and department in organizing activities that enhance students’ practical experience and professional skills. The organizers emphasized that this exhibition reflects the department’s vision of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing students for future professional requirements, and promoting scientific awareness in the field of forensic evidence. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: Goal 4: Quality Education, by providing high-quality applied education and enhancing hands-on learning opportunities. Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, through supporting scientific disciplines related to justice, the rule of law, and strong institutional frameworks. This initiative reaffirms Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to supporting distinguished scientific activities and fostering a modern educational environment that contributes to sustainable development and community service.
