The Forensic Evidence Department at the College of Science, Al-Mustaqbal University, is intensifying its preparations to host the Eurasian International Conference, aiming to enhance the university’s academic standing internationally and provide a scientific platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise among researchers and specialists in forensic evidence. Preparations include equipping lecture halls and laboratories, setting up advanced laboratory equipment, and coordinating work teams for logistics and academic supervision, ensuring the conference is organized to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The Head of the Forensic Evidence Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sami Abdul Hussein Habbana, emphasized that these preparations are part of the department’s plan to strengthen research and institutional collaboration, and encourage the exchange of expertise between global universities, contributing to the advancement of scientific research and improving the academic performance of students and faculty members. These preparations align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly: Goal 4: Quality Education, by promoting scientific research and applied learning in an advanced academic environment. Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, through the use of advanced laboratory technologies to support innovation and development in forensic evidence. Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by enhancing international collaboration and knowledge exchange among academic institutions worldwide. These efforts reflect Al-Mustaqbal University and the Forensic Evidence Department’s commitment to organizing a comprehensive scientific conference that promotes research development, innovation, and academic excellence in the field of forensic evidence on an international level.
