Within the framework of interest in promoting a culture of quality and enhancing the level of institutional performance, Mrs. Shahd Nawras Abbas from the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department attended a specialized workshop on quality standards, which was held to introduce the most important modern concepts and standards adopted in the application of quality systems in educational institutions. The workshop covered several important topics, including the principles of total quality, mechanisms for improving performance, and the role of quality in developing administrative and academic work, in addition to highlighting accreditation requirements and quality assurance, and their impact on raising the efficiency of educational institutions and improving their outputs. The workshop also witnessed interactive discussions and scientific interventions that contributed to the exchange of expertise and knowledge among the participants, enhancing the understanding of quality concepts and mechanisms for their practical application. The attendance of Mrs. Shahd Nawras Abbas at this workshop comes within the interest of the Aesthetic and Laser Techniques Department in keeping up with scientific and administrative developments related to quality standards, and in promoting institutional awareness of the importance of adhering to them, positively reflecting on the development of the work environment and achieving the goals of the educational institution.
