This workshop was part of the academic and educational activities aimed at promoting academic values and instilling a culture of integrity and honesty within the university environment. The workshop addressed the concept of academic dishonesty and its various forms, highlighting the psychological, social, and academic reasons that may drive students to cheat, as well as the negative consequences of such practices on both the student’s academic progress and the reputation of the educational institution. During the workshop, the speakers emphasized the importance of adhering to university ethics and the students’ role in building a learning environment based on honesty and responsibility, stressing that academic integrity is the foundation for achieving academic excellence and ensuring the quality of educational outcomes. This workshop is part of a series of awareness activities organized by the college to promote positive behavior among students, reduce negative practices affecting the educational process, and enhance a healthy and productive university environment.
