The Impact of Fast Food on Eye Health In today’s fast-paced lifestyle and with the widespread availability of fast-food restaurants, fast food has become an essential part of the daily diet for many people, especially among young people and children. Despite its easy accessibility and appealing taste, fast food has serious negative health effects that are not limited to obesity and heart diseases, but also extend to eye health and vision, both directly and indirectly.
