"An Educational Workshop to Enhance First-Year Students’ Skills in Using the Electronic Grading System (Bubble Sheet)"

Department of Community Health Technologies Organizes an Educational Workshop for First-Year Students on the “Bubble Sheet” System Under the patronage of the Deanship of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, and in an effort to create an optimal examination environment for our dear students, the Department of Community Health Technologies organized a specialized educational workshop targeting first-year students. The workshop focused on the mechanisms and proper methods of answering examinations using the electronic answer sheet (Bubble Sheet). The workshop was held within the premises of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at the University of Al-Mustaqbal, and was attended by a large number of first-year students. It included a detailed explanation delivered by Professor Dr. Aqeel Hanzal Al-Jawthari, Head of the Department of Community Health Technologies, who addressed the scientific and technical foundations for correctly dealing with the Bubble Sheet, starting from filling in personal information to the proper method of shading examination choices. The workshop aimed to achieve several objectives, most notably: Reducing anxiety and fear among new students regarding the electronic grading system. Educating students on how to avoid common shading errors that may lead to answers being ignored by scanning devices. Training students on effective time management during examinations when using this type of answer sheet. At the conclusion of the workshop, the session witnessed significant interaction through students’ questions and inquiries, all of which were thoroughly addressed by the Head of the Department. He emphasized the department’s and the university’s commitment to providing full support to students to ensure academic excellence and success in their educational journey.
