As part of its efforts to support the academic process and enhance the practical skills of its students, the Department of Radiological Techniques organized an introductory scientific workshop for first-year students at the Radiographic Imaging Laboratory. The workshop was presented by Mr. Al-Hassan Muammer Al-Sultani and Ms. Marwa Attaullah. The workshop covered several key scientific topics, including an introduction to conventional X-ray equipment, methods of interpreting radiographic images, radiation protection procedures, as well as the basic principles of radiographic imaging and proper handling of laboratory devices. This activity aimed to familiarize new students with the nature of the Radiological Techniques specialty from both practical and scientific perspectives, introduce them to its future prospects, and encourage them to develop their academic and professional skills, contributing to the preparation of a distinguished generation of specialists in the field of radiographic imaging.
