The University of Al-Mustaqbal, represented by the Women’s Affairs Division and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Engineering – Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, organized an awareness campaign as part of the implementation of the Participation and Institutional Reform Pillar (Paragraph 1), entitled: “Your Mental Health First”, led by Assistant Lecturer Ghadir Haider Abbas. The campaign included the distribution of informative brochures addressing strategies for coping with academic pressure, the importance of seeking help, and ways to enhance the mental well-being of women and female students, aligning with the concept of mental health as an essential part of overall health. The campaign emphasized that raising awareness of mental health among university women is a fundamental message, and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness, aiming to promote a culture of psychological support and health awareness among students.
