The University of Al-Mustaqbal, represented by the Women’s Affairs Division and in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College of Engineering, launched an initiative entitled “Campus Pioneers” as part of the implementation of the Participation and Institutional Reform Pillar (Paragraph 9). The initiative was carried out by Engineer Hadeer Hussam Hashem on 27/1/2025. The initiative is based on regular guidance sessions held on campus, focusing on key topics for female students, including academic excellence, choosing the right career path, and confidently overcoming university challenges. The initiative aims to build a strong female support network within the campus, bridge generational gaps, and enhance the role of university women in active participation in the academic community while developing their leadership skills.
