The Department of Biology at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness campaign under the slogan “You Are Not Alone in Fighting Cancer”, aiming to highlight the importance of social and psychological support for patients and to encourage students to understand their role in raising awareness and providing assistance. The campaign was held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Al-Mustaqbal University – University Corridors. Campaign Supervision The campaign was supervised by: Lecturer Assistant (M.M.) Zainab Nazim Aziz Alaa Adel Rasmi Ghadir Aqeel Ibrahim Activity Description The campaign included the distribution of educational materials and awareness brochures to students and university staff, focusing on the importance of psychological and family support for cancer patients and the necessity of seeking help rather than facing the disease alone. The campaign also addressed ways to provide a supportive environment for patients and emphasized the role of each individual in promoting solidarity and community cooperation. The campaign witnessed positive interaction from students and staff, through discussions and questions, which contributed to expanding health and social awareness within the university and enhancing the practical understanding of the campaign’s message effectively.
