In order to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process and to provide a suitable environment for you, we would like to emphasize the necessity of adhering to the following instructions and regulations: First: Examination Instructions: Commitment to arriving at the examination hall well before the scheduled time; entry after the official start time is strictly prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones, earphones, smart watches, or any electronic devices into the examination hall. Bringing the university ID card and presenting it upon request. Commitment to sitting in the designated seat according to the instructions of the invigilators. Exchanging stationery or talking inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited. Cheating or attempting to cheat is strictly prohibited, and strict legal measures will be taken against violators. Leaving the examination hall is not permitted until the legally specified time has elapsed. Writing the name, personal details, and examination number clearly on the answer booklet. Second: Student Conduct Inside the Examination Hall: Full commitment to calmness and discipline, and refraining from causing any disturbance. Respecting the invigilators and adhering to the instructions of the hall supervisor. Refraining from any behavior that violates university norms and regulations. Not changing the seating place except with the permission of the invigilator. Not speaking to or signaling other students. Preserving the property of the examination hall and refraining from any misuse. Submitting the answer booklet after ensuring that all required information is completed, and leaving the hall quietly. ⚠️ Important Note: Violation of these instructions is considered a breach of the university’s rules and discipline, and exposes the student to legal accountability in accordance with the applicable regulations in Iraqi universities.
