Second-year students of the Forensic Evidence Department, College of Science, University of Al-Mustaqbal officially commenced their studies with the start of the second semester of the academic year 2025–2026, on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
Lectures, both theoretical and practical, began in the Humanities Building lecture halls, in accordance with the previously announced academic schedules, under the direct supervision of the department administration and faculty members, ensuring a smooth and organized start to the semester.
The College Deanery emphasized that the launch of the second semester aligns with the university’s strategy to enhance the quality of academic education and provide a stimulating learning environment that develops students’ scientific and practical competencies in forensic sciences, in line with modern scientific advancements.
This initiative also supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
Goal 4: Quality Education, by ensuring inclusive and high-quality higher education, and
Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, through preparing qualified scientific cadres capable of contributing to criminal justice and the rule of law.
