Under the generous patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the direct supervision of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University announced the launch of the activities of **Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW)**, scheduled to take place from **February 8 to February 12, 2026**, under the slogan: **“Entrepreneurship… Innovative Thinking That Shapes the Future of Nations”** The organization of this event comes within the framework of Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the academic community, support young talents, and empower students to transform their creative ideas into sustainable entrepreneurial projects that contribute to community service and economic development. The week’s activities will feature an integrated program that includes specialized workshops, scientific seminars, interactive panel discussions, as well as practical activities. These events will be held with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, experts, and entrepreneurs, enhancing the exchange of expertise and linking academic knowledge with labor market requirements. In a statement to the University Media, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, affirmed that organizing Global Entrepreneurship Week embodies the university’s commitment to its pioneering role in embracing innovative initiatives and providing a university environment that stimulates creativity, in line with the orientations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting the knowledge economy and sustainable development.
