Personalized treatment technology through applications is considered one of the most prominent manifestations of digital transformation in modern healthcare. Medical services have shifted from a unified traditional model to an approach that focuses on the uniqueness of each patient and their individual needs. With the widespread use of smartphones and wearable devices, health applications have become an effective tool for collecting and analyzing vital and behavioral data, enabling the design of customized treatment plans based on each individual’s health characteristics. Health applications contribute to designing personalized treatment plans by tracking vital indicators such as heart rate, blood glucose levels, blood pressure, sleep quality, and physical activity levels. They also help record daily symptoms, dietary patterns, and responses to medications. This accumulated data provides a comprehensive and accurate picture of the patient’s health condition, allowing physicians to adjust medication doses, modify treatment strategies, or suggest behavioral interventions that align with the patient’s actual condition instead of relying on a general treatment protocol. As a result, treatment becomes more precise and effective, reducing the likelihood of complications or unwanted side effects. Artificial intelligence plays a pivotal role in this context by analyzing large volumes of health data quickly and efficiently, surpassing traditional human capabilities. Through machine learning techniques, applications can predict the worsening of certain chronic conditions before it occurs and provide early alerts to patients or healthcare providers. AI can also identify behavioral patterns associated with improvement or deterioration and offer personalized recommendations related to physical activity, nutrition, or medication adherence. Moreover, artificial intelligence enhances patient engagement with healthcare applications through intelligent interfaces and virtual assistants capable of answering questions and providing guidance in a simple and understandable manner. This continuous interaction strengthens the patient’s sense of support and follow-up, increasing adherence to treatment plans. Smart reminder systems also help patients keep track of medication schedules and medical appointments, reducing negligence and improving long-term health outcomes. Personalized treatment technology through applications is not limited to providing convenience and easy access to healthcare services; it represents a qualitative shift in the concept of medical care, where the patient becomes the center of the treatment process and medical decisions are based on accurate, continuously updated data. With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and data analytics technologies, these applications are expected to evolve further, offering more integrated and intelligent treatment models that enhance quality of life and improve the overall efficiency of healthcare systems.
