Examinations for first-year students in the Department of English at the College of Education, Al-Mustaqbal University, are continuing with precise organization and academic procedures that ensure a smooth and orderly learning process. Dr. Salam Hassan Maki, Head of the Department, along with the course coordinators and examination committees, are closely overseeing the examinations, ensuring a suitable environment for students inside the halls. The officials emphasized the importance of adhering to university regulations and ministerial guidelines to guarantee a fair and well-organized examination process, allowing students to focus and perform at their best. All logistical requirements within the examination halls have been provided, including seating arrangements, lighting, ventilation, and necessary support tools that enhance students’ comfort and academic performance. Students’ feedback regarding the nature of the questions and the examination procedures is also carefully considered, with any issues addressed promptly to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations. The Head of the Department and the coordinators praised the outstanding efforts of the academic and administrative staff, emphasizing that collaboration and coordinated efforts are key to the success of the educational process in the department and achieving the best academic results for students.
