Dear Students, Please adhere to the following instructions regarding the submission of your graduation project copies: First: Before the Discussion Students are required to submit three (3) spiral-bound copies of the graduation project for the purpose of presenting them to the examination committee, conducting the official discussion, and obtaining the supervisor’s signature. A CD copy of the project must also be attached. The submission deadline is before 1/3/2026. Second: After the Discussion and Completing the Required Revisions After completing the discussion, making all required revisions, and obtaining the signatures of the examination committee members, students must submit the final copies according to the same mechanism adopted in the previous year and in accordance with the following specifications: Final Binding Specifications: Cover color: Maroon (dark red) Cover lettering color: Gold Commitment to the approved design and formatting of the department without any changes We emphasize the necessity of strictly following the above instructions to ensure the proper completion of the graduation project requirements.
