A specialized workshop was held on the Academic Assignment System related to teaching load hours and lectures. The session was presented by programmer Mustafa Ahmed Safa Al-Din, with the attendance of several faculty members and college staff, in addition to the participation of the Information Technology (IT) Unit in the Media Department. The workshop included a detailed presentation on the mechanism of using the approved electronic system for managing and calculating teaching load hours, as well as an explanation of the procedures for entering and documenting completed lectures in a manner that ensures data accuracy and smooth administrative processes. The workshop covered several key topics, including: • The mechanism for calculating and organizing teaching load hours. • How to enter and electronically document completed lectures. • Addressing the most common technical issues users may encounter. • Responding to technical and administrative inquiries related to the system’s operation. The workshop witnessed notable interaction from the attendees through questions and discussions, which contributed to clarifying the technical and procedural aspects of the system and enhancing its efficient use, thereby supporting the organization of academic and administrative work within the college.
