A coordination meeting was held this morning at the University Presidency, chaired by Professor Hassan Shaker Majdi, in the conference hall on the ground floor of the Presidency building. Attendees included the Assistant for Administrative Affairs, deans of colleges, department heads and coordinators, as well as website and software managers from the colleges and departments, a representative from the Technology Incubator, and the meeting was directly overseen by the University President's office. During the meeting, several strategic topics related to developing digital infrastructure and enhancing the efficiency of existing systems were reviewed and discussed. The agenda included presentations on student management programs and other information technology applications, in addition to an assessment of the current state of the university's official website and college websites, and mechanisms for improving them to meet quality standards and digital transformation requirements. This meeting comes within the framework of the University Presidency's directives aimed at developing the electronic environment and strengthening the integration between administrative and academic systems. This will contribute to improving the level of institutional performance and enhancing the services provided to faculty members and students alike.
