The Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Ahmed Roudan, held an extensive meeting with the administrative and technical staff of the college, as part of the commitment to organizing workflow and enhancing institutional performance. The meeting included discussions on the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among departments and administrative units in line with work requirements, in addition to addressing a number of administrative and organizational issues related to the reality of daily work and ways to develop it. During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of cooperation and teamwork, as well as adherence to administrative instructions and regulations, in a manner that contributes to achieving smooth workflow and raising the level of performance within the college.
