The Scientific Assistant of the Faculty of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, Associate Professor Dr. Ahmed Jandil Ali, held an in-person workshop titled “Basics of University Exam Management for Undergraduate Studies” on Wednesday, 18/2/2026, at 8:30 AM. The workshop aimed to highlight the mechanisms for managing university exams and organizing schedules, setting question preparation standards according to approved academic criteria, and organizing the work of examination committees, along with instructions for conducting exams in a way that ensures fairness and academic rigor. The workshop was attended by Dr. Salam Hasan Maki, Head of the English Department, as well as the administrative assistant, coordinators, and a number of teaching and administrative staff. During the session, best practices were discussed to ensure the smooth and effective conduct of exams. Attendees emphasized the importance of adhering to exam regulations and working collaboratively to ensure the success of the examination process while maintaining the highest standards of academic quality. This workshop is part of a series of training activities conducted by the Faculty of Education to enhance the skills of academic and administrative staff, ensuring a comprehensive educational environment that supports students and upholds academic fairness.
