• Student Affairs Management: Assistant Professor Dr. Amine Kittab presented detailed briefings on advanced HEPIQ software and the ministry-approved IQ-Learning platform. He emphasized the importance of launching integrated training programs for college staff to ensure implementation efficiency.
• Academic and Research Platforms: Faculty member Ali Ubaid provided a thorough explanation of platforms for managing research, scientific activities, and laboratories. This included the "Electronic Load" platform for faculty members, which simplifies administrative procedures and enhances academic performance.
• Global Digital Presence: Engineer Wamidh Dhiaa reviewed mechanisms for developing and updating the university's official website and regularly uploading scientific activities to strengthen the university's global academic presence.

The University President praised the efforts exerted in completing these software projects, specifically commending the Deanship of the College of Engineering Technologies.
