Under the patronage of the Presidency of Al-Mustaqbal University, the first among private universities in Iraq, the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering Technologies organized an introductory educational activity for its students. The event aimed to present the department’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives, while highlighting the academic and professional pathways awaiting students amid the accelerating digital transformations. The activity included a comprehensive presentation on the modern approaches adopted by the department to keep pace with global advancements in artificial intelligence. It also emphasized the department’s role in preparing qualified scientific and technical cadres equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to meet labor market demands and serve the community with competence and responsibility. The session further focused on enhancing students’ awareness of their academic identity, strengthening their sense of belonging to the institution, and motivating them toward excellence and creativity throughout their academic journey, in alignment with the university’s vision of leadership and innovation. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), by fostering an advanced educational environment that contributes to preparing young talents capable of actively supporting sustainable development.
