The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, chaired an expanded meeting that included the university assistants, deans of colleges, their associates, heads of academic departments, and representatives of information technology. The meeting was held as part of the university’s efforts to strengthen digital transformation and improve academic and administrative services. During the meeting, a comprehensive roadmap was discussed to reinforce the university’s position as a modern digital academic institution that aligns with global standards in administration and education, through the development of electronic systems and the activation of modern educational platforms. The meeting also reviewed several aspects of digital transformation, including a detailed presentation on the approved systems for managing student information, in addition to the IQ-Learning platform. Emphasis was placed on launching integrated training programs to develop the skills of college staff and ensure the efficient use of digital systems in supporting the educational process. Furthermore, discussions addressed academic and research platforms, including systems for managing research activities, scientific events, and laboratories, as well as the Electronic Teaching Load Platform, which contributes to simplifying administrative procedures and enhancing academic performance within an integrated digital system. The meeting also highlighted mechanisms for developing and updating the university’s official website and regularly publishing scientific activities, which enhances the institution’s digital presence and strengthens its position in the global academic environment. At the conclusion of the meeting, the university president commended the efforts made in implementing digital transformation projects, stressing the importance of continuous follow-up and direct supervision by the college administrations, and the serious move toward adopting modern technologies and artificial intelligence applications in administration and education, in addition to developing staff capabilities to keep pace with rapid technological advancements.
