As part of the Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering Department’s efforts to enhance students’ readiness for the job market, a seminar entitled **“The Importance of LinkedIn in Enhancing Students’ Opportunities in the Job Market”** was delivered by Engineer Aya Talib Hassan. The seminar introduced LinkedIn as one of the most important professional networking platforms worldwide, highlighting its role in building a strong digital professional identity, expanding professional networks, and exploring internship and employment opportunities locally and internationally. Engineer Aya also explained how to create a professional profile, effectively present academic projects and skills, and the importance of professional engagement and sharing achievements and training courses to increase employability. The seminar witnessed active student participation, with questions addressed and practical tips provided to help students maximize the platform’s benefits, empowering them professionally and linking their academic outcomes with labor market requirements.
